Chetana Vikas Mandir's Vocational section's Dilasa group follows the curriculum defined by Government of Maharashtra's Disha Abhiyan to train individual students with disabilities in work-related skills and self-care to make them independent. Ages 18–21: Training in housekeeping, culinary, and retailing skills, aimed at enhancing employability too.

Our trained teachers focus on building essential skills like:
Managing assigned tasks to each member,
Following given instructions to each team-member,
Managing time to complete assigned responsibility
Implementing basic work-related tasks, etc.,
Apart from the above, we also include activities like arts, crafts, assembling, packaging, and simple office tasks, promoting independence and readiness for vocational training.
