Dilkhush is one of our Vocational Training Centre's group where our special trainees who participate in making top-quality, healthy, and Organic Bakery Products under the guidance of our qualified and experienced Teacher. Everyone in this group has an important role to play, based on their natural abilities.
One of our proud initiatives is healthy biscuit-making, where students are involved in every step of the process – from measuring and mixing to baking and packing cookies.
Our students prepare a variety of nutritious biscuits, including:
Shatavari Biscuits – Made with the goodness of Shatavari herb, supporting immunity and strength.
Wheat Jaggery Biscuits – Wholesome wheat combined with natural jaggery for a healthy snack.
Jawas (Flaxseed) Biscuits – Rich in omega-3, promoting good heart and brain health.
Millets Biscuits – packed with fiber and nutrients from traditional millets.
Musli Biscuits – Known for their energy-boosting and restorative properties.
Oats Biscuits – Light, digestive, and ideal for a healthy lifestyle.
This activity not only teaches them teamwork, hygiene, and precision, but also instills a sense of confidence and independence. The products symbolize their hard work and dedication while promoting healthy eating in society.

Key Points to remember while making any Biscuits:
Preheat oven before baking.
Keep biscuits uniform in thickness (for even baking).
Store in an airtight container once cooled.
For vocational students – supervision is needed during handling of oven and hot trays.
