Vocational Training: Sadhana (Food Products)

Chetana's Vocational Training-Sadhana group, has special girl students who make various day to day use products, under the guidance of their qualified and experienced teacher. 

To make below listed products, we procure quality natural raw material, which is the processed for each product.  These natural products are good for health for every age. We then pack these products in different packaging and apply standard product sticker and send these to Chetana Shoppee.

We usually use pictures, charts, and step cards for each process, before we ask our special girls to make any of the food products.

We provide them safety tips and give them apron, gloves, cap to make it hygienic. Then make a group of girls and allow them to do simple and safe steps like washing, cutting with safe knives, mixing, packing, etc.
Unless a teacher is confident enough of certain special girl trainees, they don't allow them to operate any machines like mixers, grinders, etc. required for the preparation.
