Jivanjyot is one of our Vocational Training Centre's group where our 12 special boys trainees, who take pride in delivering top-quality & beautifully crafted handmade paper mache products under the guidance of qualified and experienced trainer. Everyone in the team has an important role to play, based on their natural abilities.
Paper mache is an eco-friendly craft technique that involves creating objects by layering paper pieces with adhesive paste, typically made of water, glue, or flour. It is widely to make masks, sculptures, and decorative items because of it's affordability & environmental sustainability.
Each creation, whether it's the Shivaji Maharaj or Sun & Moon wall art, reflects the dedication and creativity of our young artists, providing not only beautiful, Eco-friendly Products but also supporting a meaningful cause.
Our collection includes items such as the Conch Ganapati for wall decor, the Elephant Panati, and vibrant pieces like the Peacock Panati.

Chetana's students gifted a Paper mache Ganapati idol to the Maharashtra's Deputy Chief Minister Shri Ajit Pawar. He was overwhelmed with the dedication and quality achieved by these Special Trainees. He will be now placing this idol in his altar.

Paper Mache (कागदी लगदा) is an easy and creative activity for special students of Jivanjyot group. We use old newspapers that are provided by all our parents, water, and glue (or flour paste) to create beautiful paper mache objects.
First we tear old newspapers into small pieces and soak them in water overnight.
Mash the paper into a pulp (with hands or blender). Mix with glue/fevicol or flour paste to form a dough-like paste.
Mould into shapes using hands or simple moulds (bowls, balloons, boxes). Dry these shapes in sunlight for 2–3 days and then Paint & decorate with bright colors and varnish.
In Jivanjyot group we make different types of oil lamps/ panati of Papeer Mache, such as
